Construction of an innovative center for training, production, and work
This project involves the construction of a modern center for innovation, training, production, and work (APA for short) on an 11,000 sqm site commissioned by the Evangelical City Mission. The aim is to create 280 to 300 jobs for people with physical, mental, or psychological disabilities.
The building complex consists of a central main building, which houses office spaces for internal administration and customer service areas for the employees. In the partially basemented lower floor, there are additional storage and technical rooms for the building's infrastructure.
Additionally, the project includes four workshops housed in halls arranged one behind the other, with auxiliary rooms in between. Furthermore, four additional storage buildings are being constructed, which are assigned to the workshops and the main building.
