New construction of an apartment building with senior living communities

This project is the construction of a modern building with an L-shaped floor plan that includes apartments, two senior living communities, a café, a social station, and office spaces. The building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors, with the top floor designed as a penthouse floor.

The building has no basement, and all floors were constructed using reinforced concrete. In the four-story section of the building, parts of the exterior walls on the ground floor were made of reinforced concrete. The foundation was built on a 35 cm thick floor slab.
